Our lenders always require a fresh property appraisal as a condition for loan approval. A non-refundable deposit cover appraisal costs varying from $600.00 up to $2,000.00 depending on the property.

The exact pre-approval cost depends on (1) the type of property being purchased whether residential or commercial), (2) the estimated property value, (3) property appraisal cost, and (4) underwriting labor associated with producing an acceptable mortgage loan application.
