What’s needed to get the ball rolling?

 

 

• You must speak directly with Ron James prior to completing the Pre-qualification App.

• A non-refundable deposit varying between $600.00 and $2,000.00 may be required. The exact dollar amount required for a deposit is based on (a) the type of property being purchased (residential or commercial), (b) the property value, (c) property appraisal cost (to be determined), and (d) pre-underwriting labor associated with producing an acceptable mortgage loan application.

• 2 forms of ID and corporate docs (if applicable)

• Title commitment (we can use their our Title Company or yours)

• Proof of homeowner’s insurance
